On the morning of Thursday, January 30, 2025, the Faculty of Arts in Asabia held a workshop on the use of the university system. This workshop is part of a series organized by the University's Information and Documentation Center to enhance the colleges' understanding of the university system's work mechanism.

The workshop targeted the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, the Head of the Study and Examinations Department, the Registrar, and all the Heads of Academic Departments at the faculty.

The workshop was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Abdullah Al-Labad, with a welcoming speech in which he discussed the importance of working with the system and the college's need for it.

Following this, Mr. Tarek Khalifa, Director of the University's Information and Documentation Center, gave a lecture on how to use the permissions in the system, everything related to class schedules and recording grades, as well as ways to overcome the difficulties some students face in the registration and course enrollment process.
