Libya Rebuilt is an EU-funded project taking place within the framework of the Nicosia Initiative, a decentralized cooperation platform active since 2015 between Libyan and European local authorities. Libya Rebuilt aims to enhance local public services in Libya by improving the ability of the ten partner municipalities to design, implement and evaluate local public policies and thus raise the quality of living conditions for the residents of the concerned municipalities.
