The Faculty of Law and Political Science at Gharyan University Shines in a Distinguished Constitutional Discussion Forum0
With pride and honor, the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Gharyan University extends its gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the constitutional discussion forum held on Thursday, 27/02/2025, at the faculty's theater under the title:
"#Constitutional_Questions"
This forum served as an intellectual beacon, shedding light on significant aspects of the Libyan constitutional scene. Key constitutional issues were raised and discussed, such as the absence of a preamble in the draft constitution, the structure of the state, the type of governance system, and the rights of cultural and historical components.
We were honored to host an elite group of intellectual and legal figures, including members of the Constitution Drafting Assembly, members of the House of Representatives, members of the State Council, as well as a distinguished group of specialists, politicians, and media professionals.
Special mention goes to Dr. Ali Khalifa Al-Dweeb and our beloved first- and second-year students, who excelled in simulating the work of the Constitutional Assembly through subcommittees, adding a rich interactive aspect to the forum.
This discussion forum reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Gharyan University to fostering constructive intellectual dialogue and actively contributing to enriching constitutional discussions in Libya.
In conclusion, we renew our thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this significant scientific event and affirm our commitment to organizing such activities aimed at serving the nation and contributing to building a better future.
