Celebrates the Graduation of a New Class of Future Engineers  

In an atmosphere filled with pride and joy, the Faculty of Engineering – Gharyan University organized a grand celebration this morning, Thursday, April 24, 2025, marking the graduation of the 2024/2025 academic year’s class of engineering students. The event was attended by several academic and administrative figures, as well as parents of the graduates.  

During the ceremony, graduates from various departments were honored, with applause from the attendees recognizing their dedication and achievements throughout their years of study. In his speech, the Dean expressed his pride in this new generation of engineers, emphasizing that their graduation symbolizes the culmination of their efforts and a new responsibility to serve and contribute to national development. He congratulated the graduates and highlighted their role in shaping the future and advancing society through the knowledge and skills they have acquired.  

One of the graduates also delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude to the faculty administration and professors who played a significant role in their journey, reaffirming their commitment to excellence and innovation in their professional careers.  

At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduation certificates were distributed, and commemorative photos were taken, reflecting a strong sense of belonging and success.  

The Faculty of Engineering at Gharyan University continues its mission of preparing qualified professionals to contribute to Libya’s development, focusing on practical and scientific research to meet the needs of both local and international job markets.
