Signing of a Cooperation Agreement Between Gharyan University and Tobruk University
A cooperation agreement was signed today, Thursday, December 19, 2024, between Gharyan University and Tobruk University, in a step aimed at enhancing academic and research cooperation between the two institutions. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Saleh Ramadan Qashoot, President of Gharyan University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Khairallah, President of Tobruk University, and Dr. Mahmoud Ashour, Director of the International Cooperation Office at Gharyan University, in the presence of several deans, centers, and administration members from both parties.
The agreement encompasses various fields including research, studies, and training, in addition to student and academic exchanges at the undergraduate and master's levels. This step aims to improve the quality of education and enhance academic partnerships between the two universities, contributing to the development of scientific and research competencies.
Both parties emphasized the importance of this agreement in opening new horizons for cooperation and enhancing the competitiveness of students and researchers in various disciplines. They also expressed their hope that this step marks the beginning of more fruitful cooperation in the future.
