Congratulations to the Libyan reciter Sheikh "Hammam Ismail Al-Amari" from the city of Gharyan, a student at the Faculty of Engineering, Gharyan University, for achieving second place in the International Competition for Qur'an Memorization and Recitation, organized by the Libyan Embassy in Serbia.
