On July 4, 2026, in one of the training halls at the Faculty of Engineering in Gharyan, the second training course “The Professional Researcher in the Digital Age” was launched in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and determination.The course is organized by the University’s Training and Development Center in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Office, under the generous sponsorship of the Training Committee.This course represents a new step in the university’s journey to develop academic staff and empower them with modern research tools, directly impacting the quality of scientific output and the university’s ranking. It will continue for five weeks, with two sessions per week.Led by distinguished researcher and trainer Dr. Ali Omar Ramadan, the program takes participants on a comprehensive journey — from the birth of a research idea, to writing a professional scientific paper, selecting the appropriate journal, and finally achieving publication in prestigious journals.
