The second preparatory committee meeting for the First International Scientific Conference at the Faculty of Education, Gharyan, was held on the morning of Sunday, August 10, 2025, under the theme "Education Keeps Pace with Modernity and Development."

The meeting addressed the accommodation and catering arrangements for participating researchers, as well as the preparation of conference session halls and the accompanying technical requirements. Discussions also included outreach efforts to various public and private entities to support the conference. All attendees expressed their full commitment to exerting maximum effort to ensure the success of the conference activities.
