On Monday morning, April 28, 2025, Gharyan University welcomed the audit team assigned by the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions at the university's administration headquarters in Gharban. The team was received by the President of Gharyan University, Dr. Saleh Ramadan Qashout, the Director of the Quality Office at the university, Dr. Tarek Faraj Al-Dhubayeh, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Labad, Dean of the Faculty of Arts – Al-Asabaa.

During the meeting, the university president expressed his gratitude for the team's visit and reaffirmed his full support for their work throughout the auditing period, wishing them success in their mission.

The team then proceeded to the Faculty of Arts in Al-Asabaa, which had been preparing for months ahead of the Quality and Accreditation Center team's visit, led by Dr. Abdulkarim Al-Touil.

The faculty hosted the team with a series of speeches delivered by its representatives, after which the audit work commenced.
