Abstract

 This study aimed to compare the information system security in two banks in Gharyan city and to numerous challenges that face banks, which can severely affect customer trust and financial stability. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method relying on the questionnaire and interviews as main tools to collect banking data collection for the two banks, which they are Jumhouria Bank of Gharyan, and North Africa bank of Gharyan. This study came up with a series of findings includes theprotectionthe banking information system security is quite safe. As well as recognize the types of risks that may occur in these bankssuch as infecting the system's devices with viruses also internal and external penetration of banks information system and how these risks impact, as result of that, this study recommends a multi-layered approach including utilize automated tools to continuously scan for known vulnerabilities in applications and systems. This helps in early detection of potential they can be exploited. In addition, banks must effectively update programs that protect against viruses and download only reliable antivirus programs moreover banks must continuous training for employees on security information system.

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على متطلبات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية في مجال التدريب

الإلكترونية، والتعرف على متطلبات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية (متطلبات تتعلق بالمدرب، متطلبات

تتعلق بمركز التدريب ومتطلبات تتعلق بتكنولوجية المعلومات) في مجال التدريب الالكترونية،

والتعرف على مدى توفر المتطلبات السابقة في مراكز التدريب و التنمية للبشرية في عينة

الدراسة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدما وسيلة الاستبيان كأداة

لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج حول متطلبات ريادة الاعمال في

مجال التدريب الالكتروني ومن هذه النتائج لا توجد لدى ادارة المراكز التدريبية سياسة واضحة

لإدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالتدريب الالكتروني عن بعد، كما لا يوجد تواصل بين ادارة المراكز

التدريبية و ادارات المراكز العالمية الرائدة في مجال التدريب الالكتروني، ومن ناحية أخرى تتوفر

متطلبات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية في مجال التدريب الالكتروني المتعلقة بمدربي المركز التدريبي،

كما لا يوجد بالمراكز التدريبية محل الدراسة انظمة للمعاملات المالية الالكترونية للتقابض

المالي عن طريق الانترنت، ولا يتم أستخدام اسلوب التدريب عن بعد، وبناء على ذلك توصي

الدراسة بمجموعة من الاجراءات التي من الممكن أتخاذها للمساهمة في تطوير مراكز التدريب.

الملخص:

   الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في الوقت الحاضر وإبراز مزاياه وأثره في تحديث التعليم العالي في منطقة الجبل الغربي بليبيا، وعلى واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات والمعاهد العليا في منطقة الجبل الغربي، وعلى جدوى استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم العالي في منطقة الجبل الغربي حسب وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلاب والموظفين، وأجريت الدراسة على بعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي في منطقة الجبل الغربي والمتمثلة في كلية التربية غريان و كلية التربية ككلة و كلية التربية يفرن والمعهد العالي للمهن الشاملة يفرن، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدما وسيلة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها يحقق التعليم الإلكتروني مزايا عديدة تعزز من وجود التعليم العالي و يوفر الجهد والوقت والتكلفة كما يمكن المعلم والطالب من الوصول إلى خبرات وتجارب تعليمية يصعب الوصول إليها بطرق أخرى و ينمي مكونات التفكير الإبداعي لدى المعلمين والطلاب و يرى اعضاء هيئة التدريس بأنه لا تستطيع الجامعات بوضعها الحالي الانتقال إلى التعليم الإلكتروني و تفعيله لوجود عدد من المعوقات التي ترتبط بالبنية التحتية للاتصالات وبالإمكانيات الفنية والمادية.

Summary:

The aim of this study is to recognize the reality of the security of information systems in commercial banks in Libya, And the risks that may occur in these banks, which have a negative impact on their performance and to identify the impact of information systems penetration of banks in economic terms, And knowledge of preventive measures in the banks to prevent the exploitation of security vulnerabilities, This study provides a vision for the development of the security of information systems in the bank, and through sheer study in one of the commercial banks in the Libyan city of Gharyan, a branch of the Commercial Bank of Gharyan , Researcher has used the descriptive analytical method used and the way the questionnaire as a tool of tools for .data collection 

The study found a number of conclusions about information security in the Libyan banks, from these results that there is no risk about the information systems in the bank, but on the other hand, computers are unsafe in the bank, if happened any penetrate on the information system of the bank, the impact will be negative. The preventive measures taken to prevent the exploitation of security gapes is not enough, and that the reality of the security of information systems in the bank at the middle level and is need to develop.

The study recommends a range of measures that could be taken to contribute to the activation of information security in commercial banks, as well as increased preventive measures to prevent the exploitation of security .vulnerabilities in the banking system
